Now we’re expanding and seeking high-performing Franchise Development Advisors to help us close more founders, place more franchisees, and grow more brands across the country.

Position Overview

As a Franchise Development Advisor at Franbassador Express, you’ll play a dual-role:

1. Selling high-ticket franchise development packages to qualified founders.

2. Placing vetted franchisee candidates into top-performing franchise brands.

This is a fully commission-based role—but unlike most, we eliminate the guesswork.

We provide leads for Franchise Placecments through our Ambasssador network and provide contacts, CRM, systems, marketing, and brand access so you can focus purely on Lead Gen & Closing for Express (Development) Packages.

• Franchisee Commissions Range from $10k-$350k (leads provided)

• Franchise Development package commissions start at $20k/each (Contacts provided)
  

If you’re a confident communicator, natural closer, and love helping entrepreneurs scale, this is your lane.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full consultative sales cycle with founder prospects—discovery, education, objection handling, and close.

• Close franchise development packages starting at $50K+

• Manage inbound and outbound franchisee leads and place them into pre-approved franchise brands.

• Build and maintain relationships with franchisors to ensure successful placement of candidates.

• Secure brand approvals for new candidates and manage placement process through to completion.

• Track all activity, deal flow, and performance using our CRM and automation tools.

• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.

• Attend virtual and live networking events, expos, and franchise shows as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of franchise sales, franchise consulting, or high-ticket service sales experience.

• Proven closer with strong communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.

• Self-driven with strong time management and follow-up discipline.

• Bonus points for an existing network in franchising or home services.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
