3 Year Outlook:
Year 1 - (Annual OTE $132,500)

Position Overview
As a Full-Cycle Account Executive at Franbassador.io, you’ll play a mission-critical role in driving platform adoption across franchisors, consultants, brokers, and emerging & existing franchise brands.
You’ll manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and close—with the support of warm leads, robust internal systems, and the latest in sales automation.
This is a full-time, high-responsibility sales position with strong earnings potential and advancement opportunity. Ideal candidates are SaaS-savvy professionals with a deep understanding of solution-based selling, CRM-based workflows, and an interest in the franchising industry.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospect qualification, product demonstrations, objection handling, contract negotiation, and close.
Proactively manage inbound and outbound leads through our CRM and marketing systems.
Educate prospects on the Franbassador.io platform and tailor solutions based on their franchise growth objectives.
Deliver engaging product demos to decision-makers, including CEOs, founders, and development heads.
Track and manage pipeline performance, follow-up activity, and sales forecasting using provided tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success and marketing teams to ensure optimal client onboarding and retention.
Attend franchise expos, conferences, and networking events (some travel required).
Provide market feedback to leadership team to inform the roadmap and positioning.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and maintain required activity levels (calls, emails, demos, etc.).
Qualifications
3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
Strong preference for candidates with franchise industry or franchise development experience.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong consultative selling, active listening, and closing skills.
Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present to C-suite executives.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
